Yes. Every product sold by Olala Gallery is 100% original and authentic – we never sell fakes or duplicates. If you ever believe an item you received is not genuine, contact us within 2 days of delivery and we will refund or replace it. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Delivery anywhere in the UAE costs AED 20, and it is free on orders over AED 350. The exact delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout and depends on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

At the moment we deliver within the United Arab Emirates only.

You can pay by credit or debit card, choose cash on delivery, or split your payment with Tabby – pay in 4 instalments with no interest and no fees.

Yes – you can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. After that it may already be packed or on its way. Message us on WhatsApp or email as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe a product is not original, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Other items can be returned if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging, and exchanged for another product of the same value – these returns are not refunded in cash or to your card. Please contact us right away with clear photos of the product and the packaging. We will replace the damaged item or refund you at no extra cost.
